One of the benchmarks DirectBuy uses to determine performance in customer service is a survey conducted by one of the nation's premier market research companies, Leo J. Shapiro & Associates. At the 2006 Sales & Service Conference, DirectBuy also honored the top rated customer service showrooms from the Shapiro survey - DirectBuy of Baltimore North and DirectBuy of Houston North.
