I have benefited greatly from the wisdom and patience of the kitchen designers and from the knowledge and direction of the people who sit behind the service desk. Everyone here has been a huge help and played a great role in making our renovations a pleasant thing, something I had dreaded in the beginning. As a consumer, I want selection, good price, good service, and a knowledgeable staff; this I get in spades at DirectBuy. I know that when our major jobs are complete, I will not hesitate to return to DirectBuy of Toronto Northwest. The staff here is truly exceptional and I am grateful for having made this connection.

Marvin and I have been members of DirectBuy since April 2006. We have been totally satisfied with every experience we have had with DirectBuy! The variety of manufacturers is outstanding! We have saved close to $4,000 already by using the buying power of DirectBuy. For example, we have three small boys and purchased quite a few wooden puzzles and toys for them. We spent about $150 at DirectBuy. That is a savings of 75 percent off of retail, or $450 for quality products that our children love. Another fabulous example of savings is our washer and dryer set. DirectBuy saved us $1,200 off the best sale price anywhere else it was available! Plus the shipping was free! We have saved about $400 on blinds and around $1,000 on a child's bedroom suite.
Above and beyond all this, however, is the customer service. In theory, this is a store where you, as the customer, shop the catalogs, write out your order, and then submit it to be entered by the staff. The staff is available for questions if needed. In practice, we have found that the staff at this store goes far and above what customers expect. They have helped us numerous times to make smarter choices and to get the most benefits from our membership!
We are absolutely thrilled with our experiences so far. We are about to begin the process of building our dream home. We are so excited to find out how much we can do through DirectBuy. This is truly the place to be!

My wife and I joined DirectBuy in February 2006. We are building a vacation and eventually, a retirement home in northern Michigan. We heard of DirectBuy from some friends who belonged to the Metro Detroit East location. Our friends have relocated to Jacksonville, Fla., and have totally remodeled their home there using DirectBuy of Jacksonville. They raved of the great savings and being able to shop online from home. We thought DirectBuy would be a good fit for our new construction project. Since we joined, we have filled our home's basement to the brim in anticipation of our dream home up north being completed. We bought all the tile and carpet, all the appliances (large and small), all the bedding, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, vacuums, lighting, ceiling fans, and some of the furniture.
We not only received great service but also got the best for less than store bargain brands. The service team at Metro Detroit East has been outstanding to work with. I say this from a background of 20-plus years in sales and service in the automotive industry. The service crew made me feel at ease and became partners in my building experience. My family has experienced what I'm sure the founders of DirectBuy set out to accomplish — a setting where the consumer can realize great savings and personal service to match.
